Cancellation Policy

We kindly request that you reschedule or cancel your appointment at least 48hrs before the scheduled start time. If cancellation occurs within 48hrs of your appointment, a charge equivalent to 50% of the service amount will be applied. Within 24hrs, a charge equivalent to 100% of the service amount will be applied.
